WP5 Debriefing and Evaluation Lead partner: ANSAS, Italy Timeframe: Month 1 to month 12 Partners involved: All partners involved Objectives:
To evaluate the project processes and outcomes:
Process: The evaluation of processes will concern assessing the quality of the consortium, management, and the brokerage mechanisms provided on the technical platform as well as face-to-face interaction. Outcomes: The evaluation of outcomes will assess the quality of content produced (e.g. summaries, videos etc.).
Evaluation method:
Evaluation is seen as an ongoing process (formative and summative) throughout the project lifecycle from the very beginning to the end with the implementation of feedback loops to all involved in order to adjust whenever it is necessary. The evaluation plan should allow for consultation with, and the involvement of, all users during the project’s lifetime.
In order to reach the above mentioned objective, a succinct quality plan outlining a strategy for the internal evaluation of project processes and outcomes will be defined at the start of the project. A strategy for how quality procedures will be applied and a model for how the project will carry out an ongoing critical self-assessment of activities and report on this exercise, will be established.
Partners will collectively engage in ongoing and summative critical self- and peer-assessment of project activities and results (based on proven models used by EUN and on the experiences of the stakeholders, teachers and pupils). Results will feed into the work of WP 1 on Management and other work packages concerned and adjustments made if necessary. As this is a one year project with seven core partners good communication and quick feedback is essential. Debriefing activities on the process and intermediate results of the project will take place during each of the workshops. A final debriefing session will take place in conjunction with a PIC meeting to inform a wider target audience on the results of the projects and to identify enablers and barriers to knowledge brokerage systems. Output:
Problem reporting form
(use it any time you think the project has a drawback)
M6 Partner questionnaire
